CCTV released after railway staff member assaulted on Worthing train
British Transport Police are looking to trace a man pictured
A member of railway staff has been assaulted on a train in Worthing, with British Transport Police sharing a CCTV image of a man they want to trace.
The incident happened at around 3.30pm on Wednesday 9th October, between Worthing and West Worthing stations.
The victim spoke to a man who was travelling without a ticket, before the suspect became aggressive.
They threw a closed him at the staff member, damaging his glasses.
BTP officers now want to speak to the man pictured, as they believe he could help with enquiries.
