The long rumoured departure of Moises Caicedo from Brighton & Hove Albion looks set to be confirmed today - with a record British transfer deal.

Chelsea have offered £115m for the Ecuadorian player, trumping a £111m deal from Liverpool.

A medical's expected to take place today at Stamford Bridge with Caicedo unveiled later.

He was left out of Roberto De Zerbi's squad that beat Luton in their Premier League opener at the weekend.
