blur announce intimate Sussex show ahead of Wembley dates

blur have announced a quartet of 'highly intimate' headline UK shows for next month, including one in Sussex.

The group will play Eastbourne Winter Gardens on Sunday 21st May.

It's one of four dates ahead of the Britpop band's two shows at Wembley Stadium in London over the summer.

Fans who sign up to the blur mailing list will get exclusive access to the pre-sale, which began at 10am on Wednesday 26th April.

Any remaining tickets will go on general sale from 10am on Friday 28th April. Head to Aloud.com to check ticket availability.

Blur in the 1990s

As well as the Wembley Stadium gigs, blur play a string of European headline shows and festival dates throughout June, July and August before they head to Japan.

blur’s completely sold-out gig at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 8th July features support from slowthai, Self Esteem and Jockstrap.

Limited tickets still remain to the second date, which features Paul Weller, The Selecter, and Snooker legend Steve Davis on DJing duties.
