Police appeal following collision in Bexhill
The 86 year old's recovering in hospital
An investigation's started into a crash in Bexhill in which an elderly man was seriously injured.
Officers were called to the incident involving a car and a pedestrian.
The 86 year old suffered serious injuries and is currently recovering in hospital after he was hit by a car in Western Road on Wednesday (24 July).
No arrests have been made and police are appealing for witnesses.
