Brighton drug supplier jailed after cocaine discovery
22-year-old Ervis Doksani jailed following NCA investigation
A drug dealer from Brighton has been sentenced to 40 months behind bars after illegal substances were discovered by National Crime Agency (NCA) investigators.
Ervis Doksani, a 22-year-old Albanian with no fixed address, was arrested by armed NCA officers in Clarence Square, Brighton, on 2nd October 2025. Surveillance had identified numerous exchanges linked to drug trafficking, leading to a decision to apprehend him.
Upon searching Doksani, officers found 12 deal bags containing small amounts of cocaine hidden in a mint box and cigarette carton. A follow-up search of the Brighton flat where he had been staying on Dyke Road uncovered an additional 108 grams of cocaine worth approximately £7,000. Some of the drugs were found in a frying pan, alongside £1,000 in cash.
On 3rd November 2025, Doksani appeared at Lewes Crown Court, where he admitted possessing the drugs with intent to supply. Sentencing took place on 27th November at the same court, where he received a 40-month prison sentence. Following his term of imprisonment, Doksani will face deportation.
NCA Branch Commander Sara-Jayne Moore commented:
“Our investigation established that Ervis Doksani was a drug dealer making money from supplying cocaine.
“Working with law enforcement partners, we are determined to do all we can to disrupt the organised criminals involved in pedalling class A drugs at every step and protect the public from this threat.”
This case highlights the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to combat organised drug trafficking in Brighton and beyond.
