91-year-old man has watch snatched in Littlehampton
Police are appealing to find a woman involved in the incident
A 91-year-old man has been left with minor injuries after his Rolex watch was snatched from his wrist in Littlehampton.
Police are investigating after he was approached by a woman in Fitzalan Road at 2.30pm on Friday (February 12th).
The suspect is described as slim, 5' 5" and was wearing a colourful dress. She made off towards East Street.
Detective Inspector Kimberley May said:
"This was extremely distressing for the victim and we are appealing for any witnesses to come forward or if anyone is offered a Rolex watch for sale to contact us.
"We have increased our patrols in the area and if anyone has concerns please speak to one of our officers."
