13-year-old in hospital following Worthing stabbing

Firearms officers descended on Worthing town centre yesterday afternoon, following a stabbing in Chapel Road.

A 13-year-old boy was taken to hospital for treatment and five people were arrested after the attack.

Sussex Police believe it to be an isolated incident and that there is no threat to the local community.

The extent of the victim's injuries aren't known.
