Woman shot in the eye with BB gun in Woking

She was working at the Slug & Lettuce at the time

A woman's had to be treated in hospital after being shotin the eye with a pellet from a BB gun at the Woking bar where she was working.

It happened at around 11pm on Saturday night (1 July) at the Slug and Lettuce where she was working as a member of door staff.

An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault causing ABH level injuries.

Police say enquiries into the incident are ongoing and would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened or saw a white BMW in the area at the time.
