Woman in her 70s dies following multi vehicle crash on M25

A woman in her 70s has died in hospital following a serious crash on the M25 on Monday afternoon (4 April).

Emergency services were called to the clockwise side of the motorway between Junctions 11 and 12 near Chertsey shortly before 2pm.

The collision involved an HGV, two vans and a car.

The driver of the car, a woman in her 70s was taken to hospital where she sadly died.
