Woman dies after crash in Alton
A man is also in hospital with serious injuries

A woman has died and a man has been seriously injured after a crash near Alton on Saturday (November 13).
It happened at 4:34 on the A339 in Bentworth. A bronze Renault Scenic and a blue VW Golf were involved in the collision.
The driver of the Golf, a 54 year old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
He next of kin are now being supported by specialist officers.
The driver of the Scenic, a man in his 40s, was taken to Southampton General Hospital with serious injuries.
