The A331 and A325 were shut for several hours on Thursday morning (6 January) as Surrey Police dealt with a concern for safety.

The A331 was closed in both directions between J4 and the Frimley junctions along with the A325 between Frimley and the Farnborough Gate.

Officers were called to the Farnborough Road bridge over the A331 at around 2:20am.

Police say a man has since been brought to safety.

Both roads have reopened.
