A teenager has suffered an injury to his jaw during an assault in Aldershot.

Between 4.10pm and 4.20pm on Wednesday 17 April, a 15-year-old boy was assaulted in Manor Park and he also had his bike stolen.

Hampshire Police say they have launched an investigation and believe at this time it was an isolated incident with no wider threat to the public.

Officers believe there were a number of people in the park at the time and are keen to hear from potential witnesses.

They would particularly like to speak to man and two women helped the boy following the incident.
