People in parts of Surrey who have booked a Covid vaccination appointment for today (17 April) are being urged not to miss it.

Surrey Heartlands CCG says inoculations are still going ahead - but sites will try to pause for two minutes at 3pm, as a mark of respect for the Duke of Edinburgh on the day of his funeral.

There is to be a national one minute silence at this time to mark his death.

The CCG says whether it is a first or second dose, it is important people attend as planned.
