Surrey Police issue warning as 'disturbing' video circulates on Tik Tok
There are concerns children may see it as the app is popular with young people.
Surrey Police has issued a warning to parents as a 'disturbing' video is circulating on a popular social media platform.
The app Tik Tok which allows users to create and share videos is very popular with children and young adults.
Surrey Police say they have been made aware of a video that has been shared multiple times involving the suicide of a man from Mississippi in the United States.
In a post on Facebook the force said: "Tik Tok will continue to try and stop the video from spreading by taking down clips and banning users who repeatedly share it, but we want you to be aware in case you or your child come across it."
