Man charged with drink driving and assaulting a police officer in Surrey
A man has been charged with drink driving and assaulting a police officer in Surrey.
The charge relates to a collision on Queens Road in Weybridge on Friday.
43 year old Marcin Szyszkowski, of Rosebery Road, Epsom has since been charged with:
Fail to co-operate with a preliminary test
Criminal damage to property valued under ÂŁ5000
Assault by beating of an emergency worker
He will next appear at Staines Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 17 January.
