He'll be the next Prime Minister after his party's majority was confirmed - it's guaranteed to be more than 100.

Sir Keir told supporters 'change begins now'.

Rishi Sunak's conceded defeat and congratulated the Labour leader.

Godalming & Ash: Conservative Jeremy Hunt won this newly created seat after representing South West Surrey since 2004

Surrey Heath: Won by Lib Dem Al Pinkerton and previously held by the Conservatives

Woking: Won by Lib Dem Will Forster, taking it from Conservative Jonathan Lord

Guildford: Won by Lib Dem Zoe Franklin, replacing Conservative Angela Richardson

Spelthorne: Held by the Conservatives by new MP Lincoln Jopp

North East Hampshire: Won by Lib Dem Alex Brewer, taking the seat from Conservative Ranil Jayawardena

Aldershot: Won by Labour's Alex Baker, replacing Conservative Leo Docherty

East Hampshire: Held by Conservatives with Damian Hinds staying on

Esher & Walton: Won by Lib Dem Monica Harding, taking it from the Conservatives.

Reigate: Held by the Conservatives with new candidate, Rebecca Paul

Farnham & Bordon: New constituency won by Conservative Greg Stafford

Runnymede & Weybridge: Held by the Conservatives with Ben Spencer staying on
