Serious Delays on the A3 in Surrey
Air ambulance attends collision near Guildford

There are serious delays on the A3 in Surrey this evening. Traffic was stopped in both directions between the A247 near West Clandon and A3100 near Burpham in Guildford due to a collision. This was to allow an air ambulance to take off.
Traffic has been released northbound but remains stopped southbound.
National Highways are advising road users to plan their journeys in advance and to consider using alternative routes.
