Man suffers serious head injuries after assault in Camberley

The victim had been involved in an altercation outside a nightclub before he was attacked

A man is in hospital with serious head injuries after an attack in Camberley at the weekend.

Officers were called to the A30 London Road at around 5am on the 29 August, to reports of a serious assault believed to have taken place between 3 and 4am.

They say the victim was outside Tru Nightclub when he was involved in an altercation with a group of men.

The victim and his friends then started to walk down the A30 when he was approached again and assaulted, close to the Grand Avenue and Lower Charles Street Junction. .
