Police investigate attempted armed robbery in Redhill
A man carrying a knife tried to steal a watch from a jewellers

Police are appealing for witnesses after a report of an attempted robbery at The Belfry Shopping Centre in Redhill.
The suspect entered Roberts Fine Jewellery with a knife and attempted to take a Rolex watch. However he was unsuccessful and ran from the scene.
It happened on Wednesday 27 December at 1230 pm.
The suspect is described as White man in his 50âs with grey hair. He was wearing glasses, a blue jacket, grey ripped jeans and grey trainers with white bottoms.
