An investigation is underway following an incident of upskirting in Woking.

This is when someone takes a photo underneath a person's clothes without their permission and it became a crime in 2019 (The Voyeurism (Offences) Act 2019).

Last month a woman was shopping in Morrison’s when she noticed a man place a basket with a phone in it under her dress.

When she confronted the man he ran out of the store.

Police have released a photo of a man they believe can help with their investigation.
