Police investigate suspected arson in Surrey after car catches fire
Police are investigating a case of suspected arson in Weybridge.
Officers were called at around 3am on Tuesday (22 March) after a land rover was seen on fire on the driveway of a residential property.
Surrey Fire and Rescue dealt with the flames which spread to another vehicle and a house but no-one was injured.
A male suspect in dark clothing is reported to have used an object to smash the window of the car which caught fire.
He is then believed to have cycled to Castle Road where he placed his bike in the back of a black estate vehicle before being driven away.
