Pedestrian dies following Bagshot crash

Police are appealing for witnesses after the death of an elderly pedestrian in Bagshot.

Officers were called to a crash on the A30 London Road, on Saturday morning, near the junction with Jenkins Hill.

The pedestrian died at the scene.

The A30 was closed between the American Golf roundabout and the junction of the A30 with Lambourne drive while an investigation was carried out.

Surrey Police are asking for anyone who saw the incident to come forward:
