Surrey and Hampshire parents find out about primary school offers today

There are steps people can take if they are not happy with the outcome

It's a big day for mums and dads across Surrey and Hampshire as they get notified of their children's primary school offers.

Parents are being informed of the outcomes of their applications today for infants, reception and Year 3 starting in September 2021.

Both Surrey and Hampshire County Councils say online applicants will find out by email this evening.

For Surrey, If you applied online you can log in to your application to view the outcome.

Postal applicants in both counties will find out later - with letters going out today.

Surrey applicants need to accept or decline by 30 April 2021.

Hampshire applicants need to notify the council in writing if they no longer need the place so that it can be offered to another child.
