Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital after Dorking crash

Police have issued an appeal for witnesses to a serious crash in Dorking.

The collision involved a motorbike, on the A24 Horsham Road, yesterday afternoon at around 1:40pm.

Officers say it happened on the northbound carriageway, near Stanecroft Care home.

The motorcyclist was airlifted to hospital with serious leg injuries.

Anyone with any information, or with any dashcam footage of the bike being ridden prior to the incident, is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident reference PR/P21181039.
