A man has been charged with outraging public decency following an incident in Woking.

It happened on Hermitage Road on Sunday (11 October).

55 year old Wayne Dewey of no fixed abode has also been charged with being drunk and disorderly and breaching bail.

He's been held on remand and will appear in court next month.
