Man charged with murder after Surrey crash

A 52 year old man from Orpington has been charged with murder after a crash in Surrey.

Neil Sullingston, has been charged after a crash involving a moped and car on Monday Morning on the A244 Claremont Lane.

A 37-year-old man from Leatherhead was declared dead at the scene.

Mr Sullingston, will appear at Guildford Magistrates' Court on Thursday. (4th July)
