Man charged with drug offence after car stopped in Aldershot
The vehicle was stopped on Highfield Gardens on Saturday afternoon
A man's been charged with a drug offence after a car was stopped in Aldershot.
Surrey Police pulled over a black Ford Fiesta on Highfield Gardens at around 4pm on Saturday.
During a search of the vehicle, they found cannabis, £380 cash, and items related to drug supply.
Eugen Shehi has been charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B.
The 19-year-old, of Church Street, Dagenham, was also charged with driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance.
Shehi was remanded in custody after appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Monday.
He is due before the same court on Thursday 5 September.
