Man left with fractured cheek bone following assault outside Aldershot pub

A man has suffered a fractured cheek bone during an assault in Aldershot.

It happened outside the George pub in Victoria Road in the early hours of Sunday (25 July) between 12.45am and 1am.

A man punched another man in the face, causing him to lose consciousness, and left the scene before police arrived.

The 21 year old victim has been left with a fractured cheek bone and a cut to the back of his head.

The two men are not thought to be known to each other, and officers continue to try to find out the identity of the man who left the scene.
