Man and woman arrested after road rage incident in Epsom

A man and a woman have been arrested after a road rage incident in Epsom in which a driver was hit in the face.
It happened on Saturday November 20 at around 3:15pm. Police were called to reports of a fight in the Pound Lane area, in the direction of Hook Road.
The driver of a white BMW was reportedly struck by the driver of a black Smart car.
A 60 year old man from Chessington was arrested on suspicion of assault and threats to kill.
A 57 year old woman from Chessington was also arrested on suspicion of assault and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a license.
Both have been released under investigation. Police are now seeking witnesses.
