Results are in after local council elections across Surrey and Hampshire.

Voters went to the polls on Thursday (6 May) to choose candidates for both Surrey County Council and Hampshire County Council.

SURREY:

All 81 seats at Surrey County Council were contested.

The Conservative Party has retained overall control.
