Jewellery and watches stolen during distraction burglary in Bagshot

An elderly man has fallen victim to a distraction burglary in Bagshot.

On April 29 a woman knocked on the man's door and said she had lost her cat and he went with her to try and find it.

When the victim left a man entered the property and stole watches and jewellery.

He fled the house when he was disturbed by the female occupant who was still at home. The pair were seen driving away in a silver Mercedes CLK.

The female suspect has been described as in her 30s with a strong accent.

The male suspect has been described as in his 30s or 40s.
