Police are appealing for help from the public in identifying a man and woman in connection with an ongoing fraud investigation.

Officers were called about a fraud that occurred on 14th February at around 3.10pm, at Tesco superstore on Hurst Road in West Moseley.

The elderly victim was using an ATM machine to withdraw cash when a man and a woman approached her and told her that the machine was broken and that they would manually withdraw the card for her and drop it back at her address.

The two suspects then fraudulently used the card to withdraw nearly £1000 from the victim’s account.

Officers are appealing for the public’s help in identifying the two people in these images, who they believe could assist them with their investigation.

If you recognise them or have any further information which could help – you are being asked to contact them on the 101 number or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
