Phyllis Tuckerwell Hospice Care is setting up a Christmas Lights Tour again this year after raising £7000 in 2021.

They're looking to set up a map which will include some of the best festive light displays across Surrey and East Hampshire.

Those who are interested in taking part and featuring on the tour are being asked to get in touch with the hospice and sign up to the month-long event.

"We're looking for house that put on amazing displays, twinkly lights, inflatable Santas and winter wonderlands," Sam West from Phyllis Tuckerwell explained.

"Whatever it is you do, we're looking for houses to join the tour and help raise money for hospice care in our local area."

However, there are also ways people who aren't willing to adorn their houses in lights and Rudolph statues can get involved.

The map of the tour will be made available to download online which people can follow at their leisure and they'll be able to make a donation to the hospice.

West continued: "In November the map will go live for people to download, and they can follow the tour which will take place in Surrey and North East Hampshire.

"You can follow the trail, go and visit all the houses, have a bit of an adventure and outside of each of those houses there should be a board which will have details of how you can text and donate to Phyllis Tuckerwell.

"That money will go towards paying for hospice care in the local area and as a hospice we rely on generous donations from the community."

The tour will be available to follow from December 3 and December 31 and to find out more about the tour visit the Phyllis Tuckerwell website.
