Hampshire man sentenced for drug dealing in Reading
Keith Mills, aged 32, pleaded guilty to on possession with intent to supply a Class A drug

Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been sentenced for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs in Reading.
Keith Mills, aged 32, of Burlington Court in Aldershot, Hampshire, pleaded guilty to one count each of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug, namely heroin, possession with intent to supply a Class A drug, namely cocaine and acquiringe criminal property at Reading Crown Court on Monday 4 August.
He was sentenced to 2 years and 10 months in prison at the same court on Wednesday (3/9).
A spokesperson for the force said:
"At around 5.47pm on 3 June 2024, Mills was seen exchanging drugs with a group of people on Mount Street, Reading. He then headed towards Southampton Street on a blue e-bike, where he was stopped for a search under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act."
Mills was found in possession of:
. 19 wraps of crack cocaine and heroin, with a street value of £380
. A Samsung smartphone containing messages consistent with the device being used for the supply of Class A drugs
. A Nokia mobile phone containing messages consistent with the device being used for the supply of Class A drugs
. £300 in cash
Mills was charged on 4 March 2024 and was released on court bail.
Investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Jon Nicholls, of the Reading Proactive Team, said: “Our proactive team, will target drug dealers like Keith Mills through both visible and covert tactics that are aimed at disrupting and pursuing offenders involved in the supply of drugs.
“The information we receive from the public around drug supply offences in Reading plays an important role in developing intelligence, which helps our proactive investigations.
