Four teens arrested on suspicion of arson over fire at abandoned Haslemere school

Four teenagers have been arrested following a fire at an abandoned school in Surrey.

A large blaze broke out on Monday afternoon (3 May) at the former Haslemere Preparatory School.

Fire crews from across Surrey battled the fire for several hours and police have confirmed no-one was inside the property at the time and no-one was injured.

A 14-year-old girl, two 14-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy have been arrested on suspicion of arson.
