Fire breaks out at industrial building near Redhill

Surrey Fire and Rescue sent eight fire engines, an aerial ladder platform and a water carrier

Surrey Fire and Rescue have been dealing with a fire at an industrial building near Redhill.

The fire service say Eight fire engines were at the scene in on Green Lane in Outwood just after 5.30pm on Wednesday (23 October) along with an aerial ladder platform and a water carrier.

It's not yet known which building has been impacted or what caused the fire.

People living nearby were told to their windows and doors shut.
