Police in Hampshire say a fatal crash in Alton is being linked to storm Eunice.
Shortly before midday a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter pick-up truck collided with a fallen tree on the Old Odiham Road.
Two men in their thirties were in the vehicle - the passenger was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The next of kin for both men have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers
