A drug dealer who was caught red-handed in a drugs raid by Surrey Police, will now spend two years and four months in prison.

Jamie Allen who's twenty-five from Walton-on-Thames, was first arrested back in January of 2021 after officers received intelligence about potential drug offences taking place at his address.

During the raid officers uncovered several plastic bags of cocaine and cannabis with a street value of £4425 and £790 respectively, drug paraphernalia, weighing scales, phones with text messages organising drug deals, and £330 in cash.

After initially denying any wrongdoing, Jamie Allen pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine and cannabis and was sentenced to 28 months in prison at Kingston Crown Court on Friday, 16 December.

Danielle Allen who's twenty-six from Reading, also pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cannabis. She was given a 6 month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and ordered to complete 30 days of rehabilitation activity.

Sharon Andrews who's forty eight from Esher, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cannabis and was given an 18-month community order and is required to complete 30 days of rehabilitation activity.

Investigating Officer DC Glen Simpson, said “Drug dealing is something we take very seriously in Surrey and is something that we will not and do not tolerate. In this particular case, information we received from members of the public about suspicious activity at an address in Walton-on-Thames, meant that we were able to successfully apply for a warrant to search the house and catch the perpetrators in the act. Your information can make a real difference, so if you think drug dealing might be happening in your local community, make sure to report it to us as soon as possible by calling 101 or via our online reporting tool on our website.”
