Surrey Police want to identify a man as part of their investigation

Police are appealing for help in identifying a man in connection with a theft in Woking.

Officers have released CCTV images of the man following the incident, which took place overnight from Sunday to Monday (25-26 July) in the underpass at Woking railway station in Oriental Road.

The time of the theft is believed to be around midnight.

Officers said the victim had an orange carrier bag taken while he slept, which contained personal possessions, including identification documents and medication.

The suspect is described as “male, Black and aged around 30 years. He was wearing a dark green t-shirt, light green shorts and white trainers”.
