CCTV released after stabbing at London Road station in Guildford

A man was stabbed twice in the leg after being approached.

Police are investigating after a man was stabbed at London Road station in Guildford.

It happened at around 11pm on 4 November as the victim was sat on the stairs leading to the platform.

He was approached by two men who asked if he had a mobile phone, before they held him by the shoulders and a third man stabbed him twice in the leg.

The suspects then boarded a train to Surbiton, before changing and heading to Clapham Junction.

Officers believe the men in the CCTV images may have information which could help the investigation.
