Police are appealing for help as they try to trace two men they would like to speak to in connection with violence that broke out at a Farnborough FC match last December.

Fighting and disorder broke out at their home ground in Cherrywood Road when some fans invaded the pitch.

Officers say there were also fights in the car park following the match with Merthyr Town on Saturday 4th December.

During the incident, a 36-year-old man suffered a laceration to his head.

Officers have been making enquiries and are now in a position to release images of two people they would like to speak with.

Both men are described as being black, aged between 20 and 25 and of medium build.

It is believed both men have links to the Reading area.

If you recognise the men in the CCTV images, or if you any information that may help the investigation, you are being asked to contact officers on the 101 number.

Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111.
