Armed robbery reported at pub in Ash

Police in Ash have been responding to reports of an armed robbery at the Lion Brewery.
Officers were called to the pub in Guildford Road at around 8.20am this morning (7 December).
The road was closed while officers dealt with the incident but is expected to reopen shortly.
A cordon has been in place in the area throughout much of the morning.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing, with Surrey Police appealing for anyone with information to call 101, quoting PR/P20282518.
