Surrey Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses after a large-scale confrontation in Woking.

It happened on 27 June at around 3:45pm, between a group of around 10 men and a football team playing in a park at the end of Alpha Road by the allotments.

Officers say a group turned up with weapons, and assaulted some of the footballers - before smashing a vehicle with the weapons.

They say a large number of people were in the area at the time.

They want to hear from anyone who saw what happened or has any information.

You can also get hold of them by direct messaging Surrey Police's Woking Beat's Facebook page, quoting reference PR/45210067571.
