300 cannabis plants seized after police raids in Aldershot

Officers uncovered drug factories at two separate addresses.

Two cannabis factories in Aldershot have been shutdown after being uncovered by police.

Officers carried out separate raids at two properties in the town on Wednesday (30 September) and Thursday (1 October).

In total around 300 plants were seized and enquiries into the sites are ongoing.

The first was found on three floors of a property in Sandford Road.

A teenage woman was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the production of cannabis, but has since been released without charge.

The other factory was found in Legge Crescent.

No other arrests have been made.
