Police are appealing for witnesses and CCTV footage after a 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a man in Guildford.

Officers say it happened on either the 12th or the 19th June, when the victim was walking home through the field between Park Barn Drive and Woodside Road.

As she was walking past a man in the field, he grabbed her and pulled her towards him.

He proceeded to touch her inappropriately over her clothing before she managed to pull away and walk off.

On Thursday (8 July), sometime between 7.30am and 9am, the victim was walking alone through the alleyway between Park Barn Drive and Park Barn East when the same man wolf whistled at her as she walked past.

The suspect is described "as a white man, aged above 30, around 5ft 5 inch in height and of stocky build. He had messy, short grey hair, was clean shaven and wearing a blue jumper".
