13-year-old girl pleads guilty to Aldershot hotel violence
The teenager is charged in relation to the disorder outside Potters International Hotel
A 13-year-old girl has been charged for her part in the far-right disturbances in Aldershot.
She has pleaded guilty to using or threatening unlawful violence, following the disorder outside Potters International Hotel on July the 31st.
The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted the offence that would cause a person to fear for his or her personal safety when she was with three or more other people.
The teenager sat with her parents at the short hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday morning.
District Judge Tim Pattinson ordered for a pre-sentence report to be made and adjourned for sentencing to take place on September 30th at the same court.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said on Monday that a 13-year-old from Aldershot had been charged with violent disorder after reports of disorder at a protest outside Potters International Hotel on July 31.
