A 12-year-old Surrey boy with epilepsy is running a mile every day - to raise money for a charity based at a local special needs school.

Zac Knight's already fundraised over 7500 pounds for Young Epilepsy which is ran out of St Piers School and College.

The schoolboy, who was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2020, is continuing his challenge until he's ran a mile for each pupil that goes to the school.

Zac spoke to us about why he's doing this:

"My favourite part of doing is this knowing that somewhere, these kids are watching - I hope they're getting our message that they are not alone.

"The most difficult bit is probably running in the dark, there are difficult days.

"But I just have to remind myself why I'm doing this and that makes me feel a lot better."
