Witness appeal after girl told to get into man's car in Capel St Mary
The man involved also approached two other young girls
Police have launched an appeal for witnesses after a teenage girl was accosted and told to get into a man's car in Capel St Mary.
It happened as the girl was leaving the Capel Fest event in London Road on Saturday (July 8) at around 5pm.
A man in a white car approached her and told her several times to get in. He then attempted to block her path.
She shouted at him and went into a field in an attempt to get to safety.
It's believed the driver also approached two other young girls.
He is described as black, with a slim face and aged between 20 and 30.
