A West Suffolk man has been charged with breaching a court order meant to prevent him from accessing the internet unsupervised.

76 year old Alan Weston of Rookery Drove in Beck Row is accused of three breaches of a sexual harm prevention order.

All were related to the purchase of a moble phone and failing to declare the device to police.

The conditions of the order were to prevent him from accessing the internet on a device without special monitoring software installed.

It also imposed a ban on the deletion of internet history and to going to places where there are likely to be children.

He's been remanded and appeared before Ipswich Magistrates Court yesterday (November 15).

Weston will appear before Ipswich Crown Court at a later date.
