Two arrested after toddler found wandering Bury St Edmunds housing estate
The pair have been questioned on suspicion of child neglect

Two people have been arrested on suspicion of child neglect after a toddler was found alone, wandering a Bury St Edmunds housing estate.
The youngster, under the age of 5, was found on the Howard Estate by a member of the public at around 11am yesterday (September 10).
The parents of the child came forward to police and the youngster is safe and well.
Two people have been released on bail, after being questioned at Bury St Edmunds Police Station.
